Usage Instructions Open the pouch to activate the warming patch. Remove the protective film. Apply the patch directly to the area of discomfort, the adhesive side towards clothing for delicate or ageing skin. For best contact apply to dry, flat areas, free of moisture, oils, or lotions. To remove - slowly peel off the patch. The patch will not re-stick well once removed.
Warnings
  • To reduce the risk of burns or blisters, attach the adhesive side of the patch onto your clothing over the area of discomfort
  • As with any heat product, this patch has the potential to cause skin irritation or burns, particularly to the sensitive skin of the elderly
  • Do not use for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period on the same area
  • Do not use if you are diabetic, with sustained pressure against patch, if allergic to adhesives
